Homeless Outreach Program

This slideshow is from early 2010. At the time we averaged 20+ folks from the River Bottoms of the Feather River between Yuba City and Marysville, CA. Now a couple of years later the need has increased to 40+ during the week when we bring meals for lunch and personal items. This ministry is a continuing need although the people are temporary and fluid as needs come and go. The program is successful because of the many volunteers from our churches who follow a schedule of "who's turn is it today" for the preparation of sandwiches and hot plates. We pray for those for whom we are privileged to be with in this program.
